This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. By using 477bd you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to comply with them fully.

1. General Provisions

477bd (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. This Terms & Conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between 477bd and every individual who uses the service (referred to hereinafter as the "User").

By accessing this site, opening an account, or using any service, you are giving your consent to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the site.

477bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the 477bd platform:

  • The user must be at least 21 years old.
  • Users must not access the platform from any country or region where online betting is prohibited under local law.
  • The user must acknowledge that they are using the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
  • Only one account may be created. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.

477bd may request documents for age verification at any time. Failure to prove age may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with 477bd, the user must provide accurate and complete information. All information provided at registration must be true, correct, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious violation and may result in the account being closed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Login details should never be shared with a third party. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs or a security breach is suspected, notify the 477bd support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The platform follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, 477bd may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify identity.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are supported for depositing funds on the 477bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all methods).
  • Deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • Funds must be sent from an account or mobile banking service owned by the user themselves.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made using the same method used for the deposit.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made (see details below).
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • 477bd reserves the right to temporarily hold unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests for review.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

477bd offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount. The current applicable wagering multiplier is 20 times (20x).

  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Promotions

477bd may publish various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the promotions page. Abusing promotions or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is a punishable offence.

477bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6. Gaming Rules

The 477bd platform offers various categories of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and jackpots.

  • All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before playing.
  • If a technical error occurs during gameplay, the round in question may be declared void and the stake will be returned.
  • No bet may be changed after the result has been announced.
  • Odds offered in sports betting may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

477bd is committed to ensuring fair play at all times. If any irregular betting pattern or attempt to exploit the system is detected, action will be taken against that account.

7. User Code of Conduct

477bd expects honest, fair, and responsible behaviour from its users. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Any form of fraud or fraudulent activity.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
  • Bonus abuse, such as repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Accessing the platform using automated scripts, bots, or any other automation software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Threatening or misconduct towards platform staff or other users.

In the event of any of the above violations, 477bd may immediately suspend or permanently close the account in the interests of investigation and may withhold any remaining balance.

8. Security & Privacy

477bd places the highest importance on protecting the personal and financial information of its users. To this end, the platform uses industry-standard SSL encryption technology.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by 477bd

477bd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms.
  • Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Providing incorrect or false identity information.
  • Failure to pass age verification.
  • Due to legal obligations under applicable laws or regulations.

9.2 Closure by the User

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

477bd will not bear any legal liability for the following:

  • Any game or transaction left incomplete due to internet connection loss, power outage, or device failure.
  • Issues arising from delays or errors in the systems of third-party payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
  • Any loss caused by user negligence or sharing login details with others.
  • Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
  • Restricting service to a user due to the regulation of online betting under local law.

Betting is an entertainment activity. 477bd does not present gambling as a source of income and advises users to remain aware of the risk of losses.

11. Changes & Updates to Terms

477bd may revise, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time it sees fit. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page.

For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify registered users via email or through the platform. However, the primary responsibility for reviewing the terms rests with the user. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as consent to the new terms.
